Roxborough shooting: 15-year-old suspect linked to deadly shooting turns himself in, police say

Troy Fletcher, 15, had a lawyer present when he turned himself into homicide detectives on multiple charges, according to police. An arrest warrant for Fletcher was issued last week for multiple charges, including murder, in connection to the Sept. 27 shooting that claimed the life of 14-year-old Nicolas Elizalde and injured 4 others.
