Police: Delivery driver killed in shootout with carjacking suspects, teen suspect hospitalized

Police say 33-year-old Enyury Rodriquez, a delivery driver for a Philadelphia pizza shop, was killed during a botched carjacking. Rodriquez, who was licensed to carry, opened fire on three suspects who returned fire, killing him. A 15-year-old who police believe was struck by gunfire during the shooting will be charged with murder.
