The flock of Taylor Swift fans (or Swifties) trying to nab presale tickets to the popstar’s upcoming tour caused the site to become inaccessible for thousands on Tuesday. Ticketmaster pointed to a “historically unprecedented demand with millions showing up to buy tickets for the TaylorSwiftTix Presale."
