Former Philadelphia officer sentenced for fatal 2017 shooting of unarmed man

Eric Ruch Jr. says he feared for his life when he fired the fatal shot that killed 25-year-old Dennis Plowden Jr. six seconds after Ruch arrived on the scene. Ruch was sentenced to 11.5 to 23 months in prison on Thursday.
