Police: Infant taken in Upper Darby car theft found, vehicle still sought

An 11-month-old girl who was inside a car when it was stolen Wednesday night was found safely a short distance away. Police believe the mother went to pick up a food delivery order when the car was taken. Authorities share a picture of the suspect and the wanted vehicle.
