Philadelphia bar owners prepare for rowdy St. Patrick's Day

Bar owners across Philadelphia are making their final preparations for St. Patrick's Day. Almost two years removed from the worst of the coronavirus pandemic, bar owners hope the volume of patrons returns to pre-pandemic levels.
