Stolen vehicle crashes in downtown West Chester

This video obtained by FOX 29 shows when a 2019 Alfa Romeo stolen from Malvern crashed in downtown West Chester. Police say a second vehicle, stolen from Wilmington, crashed nearby and a group of juveniles was involved in both crashes.
