Philadelphia recreation center renamed in honor of slain Parks & Rec employee Tiffany Fletcher

The Mill Creek Recration Center in Philadelphia was renamed in honor of Tiffany Fletcher, a Parks & Recreation employee who was fatally shot near the facility in September. FOX 29's Karen Hepp has the details.
