I-95 rebuild: Collapsed Philadelphia interstate to reopen this weekend, Gov. Shapiro says

Gov. Josh Shapiro announced Tuesday that traffic will be flowing again on I-95 by this weekend, two weeks after the critical roadway collapsed.
