First victim in deadly Philadelphia mass shooting was shot 2 days earlier, officials say

Officials with the Philadelphia Police Department and the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office say the first victim killed in the deadly Kingsessing mass shooting was shot by the suspect two days earlier than believed. FOX 29's Steve Keeley has the details.
