Pennsylvania town overrun by floodwaters: 'There was no stopping it'
A Berks County town was inundated with water when the Antietam Creek overflowed during a recent rainstorm. The floodwaters filled streets and caused widespread damage throughout Stony Creek Mills, including the local high school where the water flooded first floor classrooms ahead of the upcoming school year.
