Sources: Philadelphia officer to surrender, face charges in Eddie Irizarry shooting

Sources tell FOX 29 that suspended Philadelphia Police Officer Mark Dial will be facing charges in connection with a deadly shooting during a traffic stop that claimed the life of Eddie Irizarry. District Attorney Larry Krasner will also release body-worn camera from the incident later Friday morning.
