Arrest made in deadly shooting of Philadelphia police officer

Interim First Deputy Frank Vanore announced the arrest of Yobranny Martinez Fernandez in the deadly shooting of Officer Richard Mendez at Philadelphia International Airport. A second officer, Raul Ortiz, was also wounded in the shooting.
