Slain Philadelphia Sgt. Richard Mendez laid to rest Tuesday

Slain Philadelphia Police Officer Richard Mendez, who has been posthumously promoted to sergeant, was laid to rest Tuesday at the Forest Hills Cemetery in Huntingdon Valley.
