Race for Philadelphia mayor heads down home stretch

Philadelphia will elect a new mayor in Tuesdays election, choosing between Democratic favorite Cherelle Parker and Republican underdog David Oh. Elsewhere in Pennsylvania, voters will fill a vacant Supreme Court seat and New Jersey will hold elections for Senate and General Assembly.
