‘A city united’: Cherelle Parker calls for unity after projected win in Philly mayoral race

Cherelle Parker called for unity and togetherness in her victory speech following the Philadelphia mayoral race. Parker was the odds on favorite to win the position and in doing so became the first woman to hold the position.
