Newly elected Democrats, board president seek legal counsel over $700K severance package

Newly elected Democrats as well as the outgoing board president have sought legal counsel regarding $700K severance package for Superintendent Abram Lucabaugh, who abruptly resigned. Their attorneys are calling the separation agreement unlawful, void and unenforceable.
