Boy, 15, charged with deadly shooting of 15-year-old in Darby store: 'absolute tragedy'

Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer announced first-degree murder charges against 15-year-old Samir Austin, who is accused of firing into a store, killing another 15-year-old and injuring an 18-year-old.
