19-year-old fatally stabbed by 23-year-old ex-boyfriend, police say

Bucks County officials say an officer witnessed a 23-year-old man stab his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend to death, then stab himself in the neck as he ran from police during a domestic incident in Lower Makefield Township last Friday.
