Mayor Parker addresses I-95 bridge incident that caused indefinite closure

Crews are still working to repair a bridge near the Betsy Ross Bridge after a truck clipped the bottom of it. Mayor Cherelle Parker addresses the issue and says Philly police are investigating the matter.
