Mayor Parker signs law cracking down on cars with illegally tinted windows

Mayor Cherelle Parker has signed an ordinance introduced by Northeast Philadelphia City Council member Mike Driscoll that could bring a warning and later a $100.00 ticket and then a possible tow for those driving around with illegally tinted windows.
