Police searching for driver in deadly Philadelphia hit-and-run

Investigators in Philadelphia are searching for a driver who they say struck and killed a man who fell in the middle of the street. Captain Robert Heinzeroth told reporters the vehicle is believed to be a light-colored SUV.
