Man who confessed to killing his elderly mother now facing drug charges

The Bucks County District Attorney's Office announced new charges against 49-year-old William Ingram, who confessed to several Metro D.C. police officers that he had killed his 82-year-old mother who police found dead at her condo in Holland.
