Surveillance video captures man fatally gunned down in West Philly

Trigger warning: Some may find this video disturbing. With several people only steps away, police say the shooter appears to be firing a high-powered weapon at least 15 times at nearly point blank range killing a 23-year-old in West Philadelphia Saturday night.
