Cyclist killed in Center City honored in FDR Park memorial one year after death

Family, friends and advocates for tougher laws to protect cyclists came together at FDR Park Sunday to remember 37-year-old Mario D’Adamo who was killed in a hit-and-run while riding his bike last year.
