University of Delaware freshman killed by motorcycle fleeing traffic stop

A tragedy occurred on the first week of classes for the University of Delaware after police say a freshman was hit and killed by a motorcycle fleeing from police in a traffic stop. FOX 29's Kelly Rule has the story.
