Philadelphia fire: Smoke from Frankford fire covers part of Philadelphia skyline

A massive fire at a multi-story building in Frankford sent plumes of thick smoke billowing into the sky on Friday. The smoke hung over the city, blocking parts of Philadelphia's skyline on an otherwise mostly clear morning.
