Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel discusses recent drop in homicides, violent crime

Homicides in Philadelphia are down significantly in 2024 and September saw the smallest number of homicides in nine years. Commissioner Kevin Bethel stopped by the studio Friday morning to discuss the trend and what the Philadelphia Department is doing to keep the numbers down.
