Suspect identified after 3 nurses, shooting victim injured in hit-and-run

Philadelphia police have an arrest warrant for 20-year-old Jaadir Goodwyn, who is facing felony first degree charges in a hit-and-run crash that injured three Penn Presbyterian nurses and a shooting victim.
