Elon Musk sweepstakes lawsuit moves to federal court

The legal battle over Elon Musk's daily voter sweepstakes has now moved to federal court as Musk's attorney's argue state court is not the proper place to settle the lawsuit brought by Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner.
