President Biden on election results, transfer of power

President Joe Biden promised there will be a peaceful transfer of power as his administration prepares to hand off the presidency to Donald Trump's team. The 46th U.S. president said he called Trump and congratulated him on his election night victory over his Vice President, Kamala Harris.
