Parking lot shootout leaves one dead in Frankford; alleged shooter cooperating

Philadelphia police say a man was killed in an apparent shootout in a ShopRite parking lot in the city's Frankford neighborhood late Thursday night. The alleged shooter is said to be cooperating with the police investigation.
