Federal funding aims to stamp out gun violence in Philadelphia

Officials are hopeful that a new $4M federal grant will foster programs that will help curb gun violence in Philadelphia. The city is currently reporting a meaningful drop in homicides from this time a year ago, but authorities and local leaders agree more must be done to continue to tackle gun violence in the city.
