Lumberton Mayor accused of DUI with toddler in car

Lumberton Mayor Gina LaPlaca was charged with DUI after police say she a witness reported seeing a car swerving and nearly hitting a pole. Police say LaPlaca admitted to drinking before picking up her toddler from daycare.
