Man shot by Philadelphia police was armed with BB gun

A 36-year-old man who was shot and critically wounded by Philadelphia police was carrying a BB gun, according to new information shared by the department. Police originally reported the man was armed with a rifle during an encounter with an L&I employee and members of the two sheriff's department.
