Assault suspect sought; Norristown boy charged with fatal shooting

Temple University Police need the public's help to identify a person of interest in connection with an assault that happened Wednesday afternoon; and a 16-year-old boy has been charged with murder after a 20-year-old Norristown man was found shot to death.
