Fuel, Philly Pretzel Factory embrace underdog spirit, donate proceeds to animal shelter

Fuel and Philadelphia Pretzel Factory have embraced the underdog spirit by creating a bone-shaped pretzel, the proceeds of which will be donated to Finding Shelter Animal Rescue.
