Drivers blame ongoing repaving project for damaging vehicles in Northeast Philly

Drivers who take Bustleton Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia say a PennDOT milling and repaving project has left behind punctured tires, dented rims and hubcaps abandoned by the side of the roadway.
