'Deana's Law' hopes to crack down on repeat DUI offenders
Authorities say a Newtown Square man driving drunk killed a 45-year-old woman in his sixth DUI earlier this year. On Wednesday, legislation was introduced in hopes of mandating use of innovative continuous alcohol monitoring devices in Pennsylvania. FOX 29's Jeff Cole reports.
