Wolf eyes legalizing marijuana to assist with COVID-19 recovery

Gov. Tom Wolf is renewing his call for Pennsylvania to legalize recreational marijuana, saying it could raise $90 million to supplement CARES Act funding aimed at helping people and business recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
