Looking back on the career of FOX 29's Joyce Evans

Joyce, who is retiring this week, started her career in Virginia before moving on to Miami and settling in Philadelphia, where she has been reporting for more than three decades. She's an award-winning journalist and a member of the Broadcast Pioneers Hall of Fame.
