Pennsylvania shuts bars on Thanksgiving eve to fight COVID-19 spread

Pennsylvania officials halted on-site alcohol sales at bars and restaurants at 5 p.m. on the night before Thanksgiving - considered by some to be the biggest drinking night of the year. FOX 29's Chris O'Connell reports.
