Pat’s Steak Shooting: Preliminary hearing in fatal shooting scheduled for Monday

A preliminary hearing will be held Monday in the shooting outside of Pat's Steaks late last month that left a 22-year-old man dead. Paul C. Burkert and Jamie Frick, both 36, face murder charges in the incident.
