Man stabbed former partner to death, dumped body near Schuylkill River Trail, DA says

Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele said Freddy Remigio Mendieta walked into Upper Darby police station and confessed to killing his former partner, Karina Torres, and dumping her body near the Schuylkill River Trail.
