Woman killed, 2 others injured in Strawberry Mansion shooting

A woman is dead and two others are injured after police say a gunman unleashed a hail of bullets on a car early Wednesday morning in Strawberry Mansion. FOX 29's Jeff Cole has the latest on how police are trying to combat a swelling number of homicides in Philadelphia.
