Jefferson Hospital Shooting: Murder, attempted murder charges approved against Stacey Hayes

The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office has approved charges, including murder and attempted murder of law enforcement officers, against 55-year-old Stacey Hayes in the deadly shooting inside Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
