Boy, 16, gunned down in front of twin sister in East Oak Lane

Philadelphia police say the teenage victim was ambushed and killed after stepping out of a Lyft shortly after finishing his shift at a nearby McDonald’s. His twin sister, who was with him at the time of the shooting, was not hurt.
