Dense fog lowers visibility across region

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Dense fog is lowering visibility in parts of Pennsylvania.

A dense fog advisory is in effect Tuesday until 10 a.m.

Forecasters say visibility of a quarter mile or less could drop to zero before it lifts in the morning.

Motorists are urged to slow down and use caution.
