It was a very hot Tuesday, with severe weather rolling into the region.

A cold front will bring those scattered storms from Wednesday afternoon into Thursday morning as temperatures start to drop.

Wednesday will see a high of 96 degrees, while Thursday will finally dip back into the 80s with less hot and humid weather.
