PHILADELPHIA - A cool Monday, but not as cold as it will get. 57 was the high for Philadelphia with sunny skies and a light wind.
FOX 29’s Kathy Orr says the westerly wind will continue overnight and will pick up tomorrow.
Across the United States, there’s cold air in the upper Midwest and warmer air in the south. That will bring the Delaware Valley a little bit of everything this week.
Tonight will be cold, with lows dipping to the mid 30s and partly cloudy skies.
Tomorrow will be chilly across much of the region with highs in the mid 40s, though the Jersey shore should see temperatures closer to the mid 50s. It should be partly cloudy for all.
We could see a hard freeze Thursday morning, with a morning low forecasted at 26 degrees.
On the bright side, expect plenty of sun this week.
